What we do
OTD Global is founded in the UAE. The company combines operational, technical, and commercial capabilities across infrastructure, telecom, and operational systems — and applies them as a single team for each engagement.
Most of our work falls into three patterns: equipment and infrastructure delivery, operational and technology audits with implementation, and cross-border execution where the moving parts span multiple geographies.

Cross-border by default
Most engagements move across regions — equipment crossing borders, operations spanning regulatory regimes, capital flows globally. We structure the work to handle that as a default, not as an exception.
